Deactivating a License

Solution If you receive a chargeback or provide a refund and need to deactivate a user's license, the process is very simple. On the scripts page, click on the correct script for the license you are trying to cancel. This should bring up a list of all of the licenses for that script. Find the domain that needs to be deactivated and either click Unpublish or delete the license. Either way, the license will be deactivated. If you would like to keep a record of the license in your database, you have the option of unpublishing it instead of completely removing the license from the system.
